Easy Sports Tickets,
Dear Sirs,

I have purchased to your company a Platinium ticket for the match of yesterday, 15th May regarding the match of the Final of UEFA Europe League between Chelsea and Benfica.

I have followed all your instructions and made in due time the payment of €675 for a Platinium VIP ticket, I have notified you in due time, and before the game, that the ticket didn’t arrived to my hotel in the Netherlands (please recall that it was upon your request that I provided the address of my hotel in the Netherlands because you wrote to me mentioning that due to late release of the tickets you could not ensure that they would arrive in time to my house in Portugal.

You have hired TNT Company, at your discretion and sole responsibility and liability to deliver the purchased ticket in my hotel in the Netherlands.

You have informed me on the 13th of May by e-mail that TNT Company, hired by you, would deliver the ticket on the same day in my hotel in the Netherlands.

On the 13th May when I arrived at the hotel in the Netherlands I have requested in reception for the delivery I was waiting for and I was informed that nothing was delivered for me.
I have immediately notified you by e-mail that the ticket didn’t arrive to my hotel and requested your assistance to solve the issue. (Until now I didn’t had any response from your side)

Yesterday morning, I have called your Spanish phone number and reemphasized my concern with the fact that the ticket still didn’t arrived and that the match would be in the evening. It was a complete surprise for me to hear from your representative that I should call TNT with the tracking number you have provide me and that was an issue for me to solve with TNT.

I have tried to make your representative understand that I don’t have any contract or commercial relationship or hired any post delivery service to TNT. Easy Sports Ticket is the one that holds that relationship with TNT.

My contractual relationship is with EASY SPORTS TICKET!

Unfortunately, and despite all my warnings, the ticket I purchased you didn’t arrived and I could not attend the game.

I urge you in a maximum period of 5 days to pay me a full refund of the ticket I have purchased €675 and a formal letter with an explanation and excuses regarding this outcome and the lack of assistance and professionalism that you have shown.

After this period, If I don’t get my full refund, I will notify Mastercard about this event and will make sure that both Mastercard and VISA will cease their relationship with your company.

Furthermore, after the mentioned period, I will start immediately a lawsuit against your company and I can assure you that the outcome would be very damaging for the financial and reputational future of your company.
