On April 17th, I went online and read an article that said Dr. Oz recommended the product so I clicked on the link. On the website there was a one month supply trial offer for $24.99. So I put in my information and credit card number then clicked submit. The screen immediately went to the receipt page as charged to my account but instead of $24.99 it was $145.00. I immediately called the telephone number on the website and spoke with someone (after being on hold for over 20 minutes) and was told they could not cancel the order that it had already been shipped out. I said how can that be, it was only 20 minutes ago that this happened. So she said when I get the shipment I can send it back at my expense and with a 15% restocking fee less my refund. I have mailed back the package and as yet have not received any refund at all. The product does not work, its all a rip off.
