I ordered some shoes for my daughters prom on May 1 her prom was may 10th I called to cancel the order because the shoes was not goin to be here by the date I needed them even though I payed the extra fee to have them 2-5 business days. Its now the 16th of May I still haven't received the shoes yet nor have they refunded my money like I requested but recieved a email this morning stating that they can only refund the shipping cost which means they keeping $71.49 of my money something really needs to be done That is ridiculous to pay for something you don't have! Do not shop with this company they will scam you out of your money!
