I put my cell phone for sale and kaffy anderson thats the name that person give and he or her told me that they where gonna pay me via paypal. But they where gonna put the money on hold because first i needed to send them the cell phone to nigeria and give them the tracking number and then they where gonna pay me but the shipping cost me 104. USD and today they text me that paypal did a mistake and send me 500 USD and i have to send the rest that was 190usd because they qhere just gonna pay me 310 for the cell and the rest i had to send it via western union to nigeria... Its when i was wondering if it was a fraud and i call to paypal and they told me that they dont work with Nigeria and that it was a fraud then i call to ups to cancel the shipping but they put a note to see if they still can cancel the shipment. So i lost the money that a pay for shipment and it was only a fraud.
