My mother ordered Dwell magazine for a Christmas gift through the new magazine city website. The magazine has not arrived 6 months later. I have tried calling the customer service number 5 times and my only option is to leave a message! Sent them an email and generic email was sent to me. Finally called Dwell directly and they have no record of my subscription. The company is a scam for sure.
