I want to buy a car and I went to kingsway toyota. My Englis is poor and also they hid fin print from me. The sales person told me what i want to hear; Then, he took me to financing lady. She automatically asked me to sign for checking credit if my credit is good or bad. She stated. If i don't sign for her, she couldn't check my credit. All i signed for was to check my credit. Then, you have to put down $3000 and I did. I understood that I put down money as they asked me. However, she didn't explain about any other agreement. I also did not know that money is not refundable as she didn't tel me. They also asked me to sign to check my credit and i did sign.
As I work out of town, I left to work. After one week, I called them and I told them that I changed my mind.
On may 5, I want to kings way toyota and I talked to sals manger mr. John Andrerson and all he told me was, either buy a car or walk away from your money. I was shocked and surprised and i called my friend. My friend who speak English explained to John how I was fooled and deceived. John Andreson told I and my friend no money back as our fine print states. Then, my friend asked john as manger, when one of your sales person deceived a person with limited language, do you support them or help customer who got deceived? John stated she signed and she has to take a car or walk away from the money. What can i do?
