I made an online change of address using USPS website and was advised of a $1.00 fee. Next day I get a charge from changemyaddress.com for $19.95. The website used is a fraud site. I have seen other reports claiming users of this service were charged $19.95 and some were charged twice. How this company is allowed to continue to rip off is disgraceful.
