I received a phone call saying I was approved for a 3000 dollar loan but said I had to get a vanilla network prepaid card. Then, they said I needed to get 400 dollars more. I said I didn't have it and to please return the 400 I already gave them. They said I needed to give them 187 in order to return the money. I said take it out of the 400. They said impossible. I filed a police report. I don't think they are even here in the states. This is an international scam. They are only using US based numbers. Very easy to do with voip technology or magic jack or cell phones.
