Ipurchased a new Chev. HHR for a set price and when I saw a, "customer service fee" of $295. When I questioned this fee I was told it was simply pure profit for the company and that everyone was required to pay this fee. The salesman name was Errol C. Hay and I have the paperwork on my person.
