Told I was among a group of people in my area selected to receive a grant from the federal reserve of about $10k, processing fee's needed to be paid by western union and then money grams. Each phone call from David Chopper senior acct. Mngr. 424 652 8797 resulted in more funds required to procure said grant promising all funds to be refundable. Every transaction was told it was final and funds would be deposited in my acct. At present he wants another $3500. To finalize the grant reported to be $30,500. I need your assistance ASAP, please advise, told them no more funds and am waiting on him to call back!
