Used Visa 4/18/13to order Gracinia Cambogia weight reducer capsules — "buy 4, get one free, ($79.99), then enroll in
auto program for $48 for auto delivery of one bottle per
month @ reduced rate of $9.99. Total cost should have been
$127,99; received delivery of 5 bottles with invoices of $100.00 and $48.00. Called 5/6 to return 3 unopened
bottles and cancel $48.00 auto program. Was informed by
"agent" that he couldn't cancel. After lengthy and frustrating
conversation (garbled connection and agent's inability to
comprehend/understand me), he hung up. Help!
