I bought sylk-skin anti ageing cream online for my mum and I was charged less a bit less than 5pounds. I was later sent another which I returned only to realise that I was charged 63.57 GBP. I was sick for a long while so I didn't check my statement of account regularly for some time. I knew that the same amount was removed from my account twice in december but I just realised today that both DailyGFit.com and EnergyFB.com seem to be a single company under two different names. Everything on both websites have the same message and UK mobile number. The only thing different about them were the pictures and the USA telephone number. Both company's had each withdrawn 63.57GBP from my account on the 11th of december making a total of 127.14GBP. I sent them mails but they seem to have an automated message hence I can't speak with anyone and the message reply wasn't helpful because it only said I should call a certain number. I was hoping to ring them later this week but with the details I just found out about today... I really would love to have my money back, please.
