I saw a "free offer" of Puracleanse Puracleans on line and asked for it to be sent to me. When the product arrived the information sheet explained that if I returned the product unopened, I would not be charged for it while if I sampled it to see if it was any good, I would have to pay the full price for it. I re-packaged the product and return it unopened that day - 18 March - I have the proof of postage from the Post Office. On 17 April I was charged £69.95 on my credit card for the product. Please refund my cash.
