Expected a free sample (yes, I know I should be wise to that one!) but ended up with $159.00 being taken off my credit card. When I e-mailed them, immediately, all I received was a [Auto-Reply] e-mail which was irrelevant.
Have tried on numerous occasions to get through to them but to no avail. I am a pensioner and that sort of money will land me in financial difficulties
