I paid for insurance from 1/1 to 1/31 they only provided coverage from 1/10 till end of month. When I ask for a return on a over payment of a copay which was on 1/9 they refuse. So before I dropped them and filed a S.S. Compliant against them I with held my 70.00 over payment for the copay in january out of last months bill to them. They owed me. Now they bill me again for it.
