I ordered a sample in December of the Eye Serum. I canceled it right after I received it. They charged my card 105.95 for five months. I didn't see it on my account due to being out of town helping a sick relative. I also did not receive the eye serum. All these months later, they were found by the mailman in a different mailbox. Neber been opened. I did not give them the authority to do this. I filed a dispute with the bank after trying (without success) to get the company to refund my money. Since it's been over three months and i didn't catch it right away, the bank may only be able to help me with the last three bills, which I dont even think that will be possible. I told the company these boxes were unopened and in a different mailbox and I would send them back. They said even if I did, I wouldnt get my money back. What a RIP OFF!
