Received a call from a person supposedly representing Time Share Concepts. Said he was Atty Martin Wilson working with Timeshare Concepts. Said they had an offer of $10,000 on our timeshare. We have an agreement with Timeshare Concepts so I thought it was legit. He put his paralegal on the phone to work out the details. They asked for $750 for taxes. Said the cashiers check would be sent by Fedex the next day. Of course, no $ and not available was the message on the phone when I called. Sent the money through Western Union. The phone number was 386-675-2048. The "paralegal said his name was Charles Ramada. Looked up the attorney on the internet and there was an attorney by that name. I was duped
