I ordered this on the recommendation of the commercial from Dr OZ. I found out later that the commercial has been pirated from another commercial. The product I received has no named city on it. I called the phone number and was told the 30 day trial was over. The 30 day trial started the day I ordered and not the day it was received even though it did not arrive until 2 weeks later.
On the order confirmation it list a customer service web site that does not work which scared me from using the product.
