I was selling my engagement ring on craigslist and a guy named Emmanuel James offered to buy and pay me to ship it to his so called brother in Ghana Africa he told me to set up a PayPal account and that he would send me the money if I requested it so I did then I started getting all the emails that seemed like they were coming from PayPal I shipped the package and I never got my money so I was screwed out of $350.00 and my engagement ring
