My complaint is that I was told that certain things would happen for me at a certain time and at this time none of those things have happened. I was also told that I would get a prompted refund if those things did not accure or I was not happy with the results, and I have e-mailed her several times about ny refund and I have not recieved a refund or a response. The amount of the charges are $79.00.
