Over the past year and a half i purchased in excess of $10000.00 in parts for a restoration. The truck was completed in jan and we had one new part remaining that was unopened and as it turned out a wrong part. I called scotts and asked if it could be returned and was advised i could as long as i sent a copy of the invoice along which did. I sent the part back feb 26 by traceable mail and it was received and signed for by scott on feb 28/13. When i didn"t receive a credit on my credit card i called them and scott answered the phone. I advised him about the part sent back and he said "yes" he had received it. When i asked if he had issued a credit for it he said "no this is not a priority and we"ll do it when we get to it-you took your time sending the part back and you can damn well wait for me to get to it" it"s now may 9 and nothing has showed yet! This is a classic example of poor businessmanship-i"ve done 2 vehicles with parts from this place and he treats a customer like this over $84.00!!
Obviously he doesn"t want any repeat business. He won"t help me so hopefully you can. This 84.00 has already cost him WAY more in bad advertising
