Ordered a Xmas subscription (late of course). I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to get things started. I'm not a math major but Jan-May 9th is a tad longer than 4-6 weeks. I've emailed their "customer no service" and got what I expected. NUTHIN! No reply and no magazine. I really don't like to get scammed! Next step is to get with BBB in Akron, OH.
