From January 2 to may 10 every week the owner operators payroll settlement is added up incorrectly. When the operation manager make correction to the settlement, they take the money that was giving for correction, back out of next weeks settlement. The way they do this is threw the fleet-one witch is suppose to be use for things like repairs to our trucks or roadside service. It show up on the settlement as a cash advance.in not payroll correction. They have taking over $3000 from me a long. We have about 25 or 30 owner operators that this is happening to. They show this money on the settlement so that I have to pay taxes on it, bout i am not receiving it.
