I hired a locksmith online. The lock failed. He said he would come back and fix it but I needed it fixed immediately. I asked him to return the money and take any service charge that was required. He pointed his finger at the contractor and the contractor/broker point their finger at the locksmith. It has been 3 weeks and my money has not been returned.
