Eceived a notice from a lawyer representing colonial crossing saying that a lien was placed on the deed because of failure to pay maintainence fees in the amount of $0.63 and that the timeshare would be sold. When i contacted colonial crossing they stated the maintainence fee was paid up to date. This is an example of the continued deceptive practices that this company has engaged in.
