Charged Twice for a Gift, Phone Line Said Use Website

I was charged twice for a gift I had bought on Facebook! I was just going for another gift and was glad I checked my account first. I need to get that money back. I called the number they provided the bank, and the recording said they weren't taking calls at this time and to go to this website!???
