I purchased on 8/3 a one-off batch of this company's Garcinia Cambogia herbal tablets after receiving what I later realised was a manipulative email addressed to be by Anna Baker... Who is in fact my daughter. I had thought that she was emailing me to recommend the product, endorsed in the promo accompanying the email by Dr Oz, but in fact it was not from Anna Baker at all. My mistake, and I paid $165Australian $, although I did receive the product within 1 week. Then a few days ago, 5/5, I received an email advising me that a payment of $9.47US$ was being debited from my account because "By ordering the product, you agreed to be enrolled in YourTrimTrainer.com, as an ongoing monthly membership fee..."
I certainly did not enroll or agree to any such thing, it was a naive but once-only purchase. I have immediately advised my bank, and emailed the Utah Company's customer service Dept., but had no reply from them. This is outragious practice.
