Suppose to be Diplomatic currier delivering funds from CBM central Bank Of Nigeria over a 12 week period collected $3100 in fees of which he did admit at the end he used much of the fees for his own use. Never recieved anything and there seemd to be 4 different men claiming to be Sanushi the bank gov at CBN They all claim they can help for a fee
