Hi i was charged 3x with $30.00 each. The first one is feb 28 and i tried to call but it goes to voice mail and then a busy tone. I tried also to email the customer service but they said it was a non-refundable fee. Then i saw my bank account yesterday and there are 2 charges of $30.00 dated may 3 with different check no. I tried calling them but it is the same scenario. Even with email they don't respond. Hope someone can help me stop this charges i never authorize those checks.
