Was on facebook and a advert came up for volunteers to test skin care products all i had to do was pay for p&p. The product arrived with no paperwork, thought it was strange that no one contacted me to find out how i was getting on then took out a bank statement and there was £97.95 deducted i did not know it was a 14 day trial and i had to cancel. I have emailed them and had replies back cannot get my money back but they say as a goodwill gesture they will give me £30 will wait and see if this happens. I think this company and the others like it should be investigated about the way they do business.
