I have previiously made this complaint however I wasnt sure if I had completed the correct format or given the correct information.

I purchased, after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, a trial sample of Pureberry Max. I paid the sample amount but have not since ordered any further supplies. I was very surprised and I must say annoyed when I noted a debit from my account for the above amount by your company!

I do not wish to pay for this and would like the amount to be reversed as soon as possible! I would also like to receive an email from you letting me know that my complaint has been processed.

I will also be in touch with Paypal regarding the above.
