I thought I was on Coast website and ordered a dress. What arrived was a very poor quality item that did not remotoey resemble picture on site. I requested refund and sent pictures. They replied in terrible English by email. Have so far refused to send me any return address. Offered me a 20 percent discount which I declined. I will pursue recompense from my credit card. They use hotmail accounts and I really think they cannot understand English at all.
