I didnt think i would get a refund which i dint but they dint take any more money from me after i wrote a letter with a few harsh words. My husband also applied they took money from his account of $69.00 but he got refunded $64.00 as they keep 5 for admin. Ust send letter and tell them u want a refund we got one in 3days. Im just glad to be disconnected fom thm now
