I bought the x5 cleaning machine over the phone, unknown that this was a part of their company, the sales rep asked me if i was interested in these other things for just £1 i didn't listened very well and thought its only a £1 so i said yes, please read your paper work carefully, i didn't and if you don't cancel within 30 days then they start charging you this amount every month, first its £1.60 then its £89.95 and £1.60 monthly, i changed my card details and it still didn't stop, now i will have to close my account completely
