I bought an item to Elinor Fujinaga aka as Eerie Rivera in facebook she forwarded the items to Sonlyn Itaya in pursuit for savings in sending package we agreed to consolidate the items from sonlyn and Ely to save shipping fee, after a few a follow ups, they deny that I have pending items. I have received the first package but the rest was gone with the wind, out of the blue they made a ridiculous computation for me not to insist of the pending items, I heard they did that to many of Filipino locals in Japan. No one has the guts to complain, their afraid of Ely and Sonlyn. This two threatened me to ruined my reputation if I insist to get my pending items, can anyone help me where to file complain on this 2scammers. I'm in Us, I do not know if calling or sending letter to embassy would help.
