My mother got an SMS on her cell phone number (swiss number) from Martin Parker with the message that she won 2 million pounds. So, he is not only active in UK he is already active in Switzerland. Do not answer on his SMS. You definitly not won on the lottery! Several information about his person you will find on the internet! Do not trust him! Its a fake!
