I received a call from the above phone number. I was told by Andrew Brown that he was settling a dispute from a loan company (Mr. Brown refused to tell me what loan company). He stated I took out a loan for $300. USD and I was being brought up on charges for fraud and for not paying back the loan. He quoted me a settlement of $4550.00 to be paid in full. He also threatened to have the state police (my state) arrest me and lock me up for 14 days.
