Initial order placed through a web special. Order never received, so I contracted Balla via their web help desk. Balla gave me a voucher to use to re-order product at same web special price. Voucher didn't work and was charged full price. Balla said it would be 1 - 2 weeks to get refund, which was unacceptable so I contacted my bank to dispute charges. Balla issued a credit then as of yesterday recharged my account. They refuse to respond to my email inquiries. I opened up another disputed charge complaint with my bank. I letting the public know this company is not reputable and no one should order from them.
