Hey there,

I'm so glad I found this site. I have had the same problem. I recieved my "trial" a week after I ordered it.

I tried to call them simply to ask a few questions about the product and about how the program worked. It wasn't until I tried and tried for 3 days to reach them that I became suspicious.in one instance, I was on hold for over an hour until I finally got thrown into a voicemail, which as of one week later, was never answered.

I also, in that time, emailed several times. And that "Live Chat" on their site? Pure bullsh*.

I happened to glance at my bank statement and see that they had tried to bill my credit card twice for the stuff, but because of a fluke error on my bank's part, it was declined. Ha Ha Ha.

So, I canceled my credit card today. I will inconvience myself before I see these bastards get a penny of my money. The really sad part? The sh* is good. The stuff did wonders for my skin. And all I wanted was to ask a few simple questions.
