I applied for loan on line and got a call from payday for america saying i was approved for aloan for 5000 that i desperatley needed. They said my credit score wasto low so i needed to get a paypal card and loading the 215 to prove that i could make my first months payment which i did and now they say i have a suit against me from the irs and the money is stuck in system until irs issue is resolved i dont have a suit against me they of course took the money off the card and said if i paid half the suit amount they would pay the other half and they would deposit funds. They also said they would not remove money from card and its been taken. I guess this is what poor deperate people get when they try to get help.
