Even though I unsubscribed from the network an hour after I signed up, I was randomly charged a fee of 19.99 in April. I went to the website and it will not give out any information stating that the website is undergoing "major updates". It says it will be up and running in 48 hours... I have gone back and checked it every two days and it is still saying the same thing.
