My name is Danielle Baucom I went to a court hearing for social security the judge gave me a paper with two people that live in different states that have been using my ss# since 2010 the first one is the name i wrote up above and the second one is Daniela S. Chavez lives at (Personal Information Removed). I do not know neither of these people nor have i ever gave anyone the right to use my ss# this is a big mess and the judge wants me to report it. I have filed it to my police dept.in my area and have a case #in arcadia flordia sheriff dept. 01081 officer edwards id #34.48 sheriff dept # 1-863-993-4700.
