This is how "Shore Toyota" handles their customers. My parents leased an Avalon with a sticker price of $34,215.00 the salesperson had them sign (10 or more pieces of paper) after doing this my father came home and read the information and realized the cost on the paper read $39,000.00. My father returned the next day to the dealer to question the amount and told them he wanted to get out of the lease. The manager told him he would have to pay $5,000.00 to get out of the lease, my father explained that he just paid them $10,000.00, Shore Toyota gave him back $1,500.00. Something is wrong here, please be in touch.
