Breach of contract for designing a website. The website was 75% complete with a lot of additional hours put in which was not a part of the contract. The development was started with goodwill and no initial payment was taken.

They started behaving very unprofessional after a certain period of time and started talking very unprofessionally.

During the development phase we received email from them almost immediately for the changes they wanted. After most of it was done, they completely stopped mailing and when a notice was sent the response from the proprietor (Mr Indani) was "Get Lost".
