I called this company and spoke with a customer Rep. I told her that they were more money than I wanted to pay. She told me that if I go with them right away, she would give me a price that I would not let go. She gave me a price of $1,365.00 than she gave me a coupon discount of $204.75 and than also a binding discount of $10.26. Which than left my balance of $1,150.00. I than asked her if that would be the price and that I would not be charged any more. She told me no. So I went with this company. Come moving day the guy came and told me that this was not a binding estimate and that they charged me $1,750.00. $600.00 more which was not in my budget. I than called the dispatch and than told him what happen. She didn't believe me, than he than told me that the guy overcharged me $250.00 and that he would get back to me. Every time that I called no one picks up the phone, Or when they do they say that someone will call me back and they never do. I have a broken TV stand, 3 tier cat tree, and a floor that is is broke. I called and got no answer. I just want my money back that I was over charged the $600.00. The driver that came that day to pick up the things, he asked me for a tip. I gave him $60.00 he had my things on the truck. I didn't know what to do. Please help me. I am on a fixed income, I don't make alot of money. That extra $600.00 was to go to paying my taxed. Now I am out that money for my taxed. The moving company will not call back every time I called.
