Bought a piece of software from Paretologic a couple of years ago and the payment goes through Safecart. Apaarently this has been automatically renewing itself and taking my money every year - I only used it once! When I complained, I received a very rude email back which told me I would have been sent emails before the renewal warning me that my money would be taken. I never delete my emails and keep a close eye on junk and I did not have one email from them at all in the last few months to warn me of this renewal.
Furthermore, the company tells you you can cancel the automatic renewal by creating an account with the same details you placed your order with. When I did this, I was told no such record of an order with my details exists. Why did they have my payment details then? Absolute scam.
