I booked a room in Jackson Mich. When we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation there. With the help of the lady at the front desk we found out our reservation was made for Jackson Tenn. And they would not refund our money. The lady at the desk told us this happens all the time. She tried to get the reservation transfered but they would not do it.
