Well i found a ring that i loved org price350. Oo so i waited for it to go on sale plus had a coupon bought the ring for 110,00 and 40 more for life time jewelry care plan then 3 tiny diands fall out i take it in and deside they dont want to fix it and tell me sorry but they will buy it back now get this for the price of a 110,00 what a slap in my face i couldnt beleive how i qas treated and i spend a good amount of money there and work in the puplic and tell people i got this from jcp now if they have said here is 350.00 in store coupon or heres your ring back sorry we cant fix it heres a coupon for 200 something but no i get there and the manager doesnt leave a note or anything thanks alot maryanne lapage (Personal Information Removed)
