I am from Greece and i ordered a pair of shoes with my prepaid card. The shoes have not arrived and when I sent an email to the above address asking when the shoes will arrive, I got an answer from an another site responsible for the payment, telling me that the payment was successful. They have taken the whole amount that I had in my card.
