I was sent an email for the refund of $2.99. That was supposed to have been successful on the website. I didn't get refund and now was charged $19.99 on the 26th. I called several times and was hung up on or nobody comes to phone. A recording went on for 15 minutes telling me to wait for somebody to answer.
